Bill is the President and Chief Executive Officer, and a board director of Aternity. Bill is a seasoned software executive, serving most recently as CEO of Exari Systems, where he drove explosive growth leading to the strategic acquisition of the company by Coupa. Bill also served as the CEO of Kalido, and held executive positions at Novell, Peoplesoft, Hyperion Software and IBM. Bill serves on the Board of Directors of Cloze, an innovative CRM startup.

Bill holds a BS/BA degree from the Boston University Questrom School of Business where he received the distinguished alumni award.
