Dennis Perpetua has over 25 years in the IT industry and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Information Technology. He is currently a Kyndryl Distinguished Engineer, and the CTO for Kyndryl Digital Workplace Services. His background includes a focus on architectural principles & methods, Enterprise-scale automation and tooling, web development, systems management, virtualization, datacenter relocation and cognitive computing. Holding multiple patents in each of his areas of expertise, he focuses on how cross-disciplinary concepts can be applied to a data-driven user experience. Starting his career in the visual arts and psychology, he looks to understand what drives a rewarding user experience with the aesthetics and perception of expectation through a technical lens. Applying this to Digital Workplace Services, he looks at the logistics around building an enterprise data model which is associated with creating new ways for companies to interact with their employees for IT.
